Alan Johnston was released in the early hours of this morning after being kept hostage for 114 days in Gaza by Palestinian criminals. He was realeased after an agreement was made by the Gaza priminster Ismail Haniyeh to sent him free. he said that ' it was the most terrible thing i been through in my life..'
He decribed how he was not able to see the sun the sun for three month and how he had once been chained for up to 24 hours.
He added that ' I am hugely grateful to all the people-an amazing number of people that worked on the palestinian side ,the british government,the BBC,and a huge amount of support from the BBC listener and viewers.'
