Oh...so healthy chocolate !!!
Did you know that eating dark chocolate could increase your life span!!
it was discovered in 2005 by an italian researcher that chocolate could increase your life span.
The Italian researcher discovered that eating 6.3g of dark chocolate everyday would not only reduce your blood pressure (the force at which blood is pumped by the heart) but will also reduce your cholesterol level (LDL). LDL is bad cholesterol which is carried around in your blood. This could have a large impact on the age of which you die.
Eating dark chocolate also improves the body's insulin levels. You may think that eating dark chocolate or any kind of chocolate will increase your weight, but from looking at researchers results eating a small portion a day will not harm your weight in any way.
But keeping in mind that you need to stick to your regular diet, it is recommended that some green vegetables should be taken in with the chocolate.
