The first suspect in the missing case of Madeleine McCann has been named a "scapegoat", but he was glad that the police did not arrest him.
The suspects name was Robert Murat.
Robert Murat had said that "This has ruined my life and made things very difficult for my family here in Britian"
Police have still continued to investigate Mr. Murat's apartment and continue to have him as suspect of Madeleine's abduction.
Mr. Murat has been very upset by the police action of making him scapegoat for "something which I didn't do" that is what has been said from Mr. Murat.
He also wishes that the real abducter is caught.
