Mosque Mystery Fire
Police seek a middle aged man after a suspicious fire in a mosque in Cardiff.
On the morning of Tuesday 14th at approximately 8.30 police were called to the scene of a fire in a mosque in the Cathays area of Cardiff. The fire is reported to have been started deliberately during the night.
Police are seeking a 36 year old male in connection with the unexplained arson attack on the Medina Mosque. The fire is believed to have destroyed many copies of the Qu'ran, the Islamic holy book.
Despite the best efforts of firefighters, the fire destroyed a quater of the mosque and many priceless artifacts. The local community are said to be devestated.
