Rolling Stones' Guitar Player is back in business
Guitarist, Keith Richards returned home after a fall in Fiji which caused him to have painful surgery to the head!
On Monday 21st May, after a bad fall, Rolling Stones' guitar player Keith Richards, 62, returned to London after having surgery to the head.
Keith Richards has been known as the greatest rhythm guitarist in rock & roll. He was born in December 18, 1943.
During Keith's holiday in Fiji, he fell out of a palm tree, and suffered a subdural haematoma and blood clots in his head. The surgery preformed in New Zealand was to relieve pressure to the head. However, although the band was pleased to have their guitarist back, the band had suffered a loss of about $9 million in cancelled gigs in their world-wide gig which was meant to start on the 27th May in Barcelona, Spain. The shows have been changed to June but it could mean that some of the gigs have to be cancelled.
