A review of not enough emphasis on British history on citizenship.  Sir Keith Ajegbo added to his study by saying they should be taught more on what binds them together. Education Secretary Alan Johnson told the BBC radio 4 show he defined "Britishness".
The subject of "citizenship" became compulsory in secondary schools in 2002.
Mr Johnson also stated at the end "The values our children learn at school will shape the kind of country Britain becomes".
