Murray Remains Unsure About Wimbledon
With only days to go until Wimbledon starts, it is still unclear as to whether Britain's Number 1 will play.
Andrew Murray is set to make a late decision on whether he is to play in Wimbledon next week. Murray, who has been out since May 15th due to an injury to his wrist, is seeded 8th at Wimbeldon but may not be able to play if he is not 100% fit.
American tennis player James Blake says that "if you're 90% then you shouldn't play because of the difference between being top 10 like Andy is and top 80 or 100 is maybe 5%". Blake also warned Murray saying that it is dangerous to play if you're not 100% fit.
Federer warned Murray that he could jeapordise his career if he plays before his wrist has properly healed. However, Murray remains optimistic about his fitness.
His coach Brad Gilbert insists that Murray will not play if he is less than 100% fit.
If Murray recovers in time he will have to play Nicolas Lapentti in the first round of Wimbeldon next week.
