Lack of sleeping due to others snoring
More than a third of Britons are losing two years sleep because of their partners' snoring.
If you don't think your partner's loud snores that keep you awake at night are a big deal, then here's something you need to think about. Those snores are keeping you awake for two years of your life. Snoring is not just an annoyance but could be an illness called apnea, which can stop a person from breathing up two hundred times a night.
Because it involves snoring, many women don't realise they might be at risk. But a new poll from the National Sleep Foundation found that as many as five out of every 100 women suffer from sleep apnea.  On ''Good morning America'', Dr Meir Kryger, who headed the poll, explained the condition and who would it would affect.
