Step Up (PG) (Running Time: 104 mins)
A young rebel and a up-town ballet dancer work together for a dance competition.
Tyler Gage is a rebel whos life-long dream is to be a dancer. Nora Clark is a dancer attending the Maryland School of Arts, a talented dancer who is preparing for her senior showcase. Tyler gets in trouble with the police and has to complete 200 hours of community service at the school. The two meet one day while Nora is rehersing and they form the ultimate dancing duo.

The film is all about dance. There is romance brewing between multiple couples and combining thje character Skinny with the occasional funny-one liners, you are bound to be laughing at one point during the film. The film has a feel-good factor about it and you will leave the cinema in a good mood.

This film is fantastic. The choreography is out-of-this-world with the breakdancing mixed-with the ballet. I thought this film would just be a copy of Take The Lead, but they inserted a unique storline to make them differ. The film has two main characters for both sexes and the soundtrack rules. I would give this film an 8 out of 10. See it!
