Teacher jailed for having sex with a "virgin" boy
A teacher was jailed for four years and three months after being caught having sexual intercourse with a 15 year old boy.
A teacher was jailed for four years and three months after being caught having sexual intercourse with her pupil. The boy was 15 years old and they were caught on top of a multi storey car park. Elvira Fairhurst, 49, is a married mother of two and started the four month affair just before his 15th birthday.
Fairhurst was a teacher in a school where she was in charge of the boy who had behavioural problems. After lavishing attention and praising him she allowed him to kiss her. This quickly led to French Kissing which moved on to heavy petting and concluded in them having sex in a stock cupboard of the school.
She was caught on May 13th 2005 when a crane driver spotted them in the car park of Liverpool Crown Court. Ironically she was arrested during her jury service there. She pleaded guilty to 11 counts of sexual activity with the child, and admitted to having sex up to seven times. Judge Henry Globe banned her from working with children indefinitely.
