Diana inquest: 'Major White Light From Hitmen'
A key witness in the Diana inquiry has claimed that he saw a white light being flashed at Princess Diana's car seconds before it crashed.
A key witness in the Diana inquiry has claimed that he saw a white light being flashed at Princess Diana's car seconds before it crashed. The witness, Mr.Leviste, was driving a motorbike infront of the car at the time and is the only witness to have been in the tunnel at the time.
His testimony supports Mohammed Al Fayed's idea that they were assassinated by a stun gun being fired at the driver. However this was turned down by Lord Stevens in the first inquiry. This comes after other witnesses claimed to have seen a large car bump the Mercedes as it entered the tunnel.
On the other hand there is a doubt as to whether Mr Levistre evidence is real. Many people are wondering how he could have seen the light when he was travelling at 60mph. Also he has given several different accounts. Finally, he also served time in prison and was even arrested other a kidnapping plot. The case continues
