Affleck sympathises with McCanns
Gerry and Kate McCann had thanked Daredevil actor, Ben Affleck for his 'sensitvity' after he postponed his latest film, 'Gone Baby Gone' due to its major similarities to their missing daughter.
The film is directed by the actor, and stars his brother , Casey Affleck who plays the role of a private detective investigating the disappearance of a four year old girl. The Hollywood thriller was to be premiered at the London Film Festival next
week, but has had its UK premiere postponed.
The actor said: 'It just came down to the fact that there is a family there, and there is a country that has been exposed to the story and seems to have become to a certain degree emotionally sensitive to it.'
