Da Vinci Code: A Myth In Recognition
A group of christians, has recently taken it upon themselves, to warn the people o Ireland of the errors and mass myth behind The Da Vinci Code.
The Church of Ireland, The Catholics, and the secretive organization Opus Dei, have offered a mental health warning concerning the new Da Vinci Code movie, due to their beliefs that the information and fact, that Dan brown based his book on, is incorrect myth, and accusatory of the church for covering up the facts. The claims in the book that Jesus was married, angered the groups greatly, as the thought that Jesus might have had a wife questions his divinity. Allegations of a relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdala, has been the great source of anger amoungst the various Christian religeous groups.
The warning that was offered was claimed as a mental warning, as the book and movie may provoke Christians to doubt their faith, and may force them to convert to another religion. Although most of these allegations are far fetched, the groups are cnvinced that tye book is trying to form a negative opinion about the two churchesand their faiths and beliefs. As Opus Dei was the main subjet of scrutiny in the book and movie, and this has caused an uproar with the that community, as the allegations made against them were myth, claimed members. The book portrays the Catholic religon, as a barbaric and corrupt organization.
The battle between Dan Brown and the churches he condemns to be liars, continues, as the May 19th release date of The Da Vinci Code draws nearer.
