Yesterday, Armih Meiwes who was computer techncian, 44, was jailed for life for killing Juerger Brandes at his home in Rottenburg in March 2001. Brades, traveled from Berlin after answering internet bulleting "slaughter and consumtion". Brandes wanted to be stabbed to death after drinking a bottle of cold medicine to loose consciousness. After the court had accused Meiwes in murder, he to0ld every detail of a murder, which shocked the entire world. It turned out that Meiwes killed to satisfy his sexual urges.
In 2004, the court gave Meiwes eight and a half yars of jail. Germany's top criminal court overturned the conviction.On his retrial awful story shocked the world once again. Proseccutors succsefully argued that Meiwes was gulty of murder and it was agreed that he would be jailed for life.
