The super model, Kate Mosses former partner, Pete Doherty, age 26,  is expected to appear at the Thames Magistrates Court, charged with 7 counts of having drugs in his possesion.
Pete has been accussed of carrying: 0.406g heroin, 0.776g crack cocaine, 0.332g cannabis resin and 5.94g cannabis in East London 18th of December 05.
After leaving the court, Pete pledged his love for his former girlfriend Kate, scrawling "I love Kate 4 eva" on the window of his gold jaguar car.


He had sprinted across a road to avoid photographers before diving into the vehicle and writing the phrase with a marker pen.
The judge at that hearing was told that Doherty had been making "positive progress" in his fight against drug addiction.
