Britain is Getting Fatter!
Fat people refuse to obey the recommended daily allowance for exercise. Strictly Come Dancing has encouraged the British Public to attempt to pole dance!
The results of a recent phone poll, 67% of 1000 people do less then 30 minutes of exercise a day for at least 5 days of the week. The main reasons were work overload, lack of motivation, and previous injuries was high. It also showed an interest in different unconventional types of exercise. To combat the fat people have turned to BBC 1's Strictly Come Dancing for inspiration. 
The poll also revealed that 15% wanted to try ballroom dancing, 14% wanted to try salsa, 21% wanted to try aerobics, 19% wanted to try aqua aerobics, and surprisingly 3% wanted to try pole dancing! In the same poll it indicated that Scotland was the worst country for exercise showing that 74% did less then 30mins of exercise a day, for at least 5 days! 
In addition the Tyne Tees region came up trumps and showed that they did the most exercise.
