The Lazy Brits
The majority of us are not exercising enough, despite dire warnings from health experts.
A recent telephone pol of 1000 British citizens shows that 67% of UK residents do less exercise that the department of health recomends. The minimum amount of exercise we should be doing per day is 30 minutes for 5 days a week. 
When asked which type of exercise they would be most likely to try: 
        15% said ballroom dancing
        14% said salsa dancing
        19% said aqua arobics
        21% said arobics
          3% said pole dancing
