American convict testifies in British terrorism case
An American convict originally from Pakistan is to give evidence accussing seven Bristish men of conspring to use and create terrorist bombs.
Mohammed Juniad Babar, a convicted terrorist aged 30 is to give evidence in trial against seven British terror suspects after having pleaded guilty to five counts of conspring to support terrorist actvities at a trail held in America. Babar, a citizen of the U.S originally from Pakisan has admitted to having set up a Jihad terror camp at which he plotted with seven other men to launch on attack on Britain. The men are said to have drawn up a list of a number of landmarks within the city of London to target, including the electricity network as well as several public shopping centres.
The seven men, aged between 22 and 33, deny all charges made against them, which include possession of ammonium nitrate fertiliser and ammonia powder, both of which could potentially be used for terrorism.
