A Wheel Of A Time
Scientists develop an artificial intelligence steering wheel for cars to prevent accidents in the future.
Scientists at the University of Portsmouth have developed an 'artificial intelligence' steering wheel for cars. The result is that the specially modified cars can adapt to corners and uneven road surfaces. They are also programmed to memorize situations that occur on the roads of Britain.
The inventor Dr David Brown has said it's like reinventing the wheel. The idea is a car battery power goes straight to the wheels of the vehicle. The new wheel can make up to 4000 calculations per a second. This new system could revolutionize the car industry.
But there is a down side to this new technology and that it the price, which is £200,000 to install on a modified car.
