Hilton was put into jail on the Sunday 3rd June 2007 for violating probation on a driving ban. She was arrested in Los Angeles, America and was sent to Los Angeles County Jail. Hilton said she was "learning and growing" from her ordeal and she accepted her punishment.
Paris Hilton's lawyers attempted to prevent her from returning to prison by ambigious evidence that paris might be suffering from unspecified medical conditions. Hilton also said that she used "dumb act" and "the act is no longer cute." Paris Hilton confessed, "Now, i would like to make a difference...God has given me a new chance.
