Sir Alan has made his choice! He chose the blonde Dewberry, 26, for the job. It was screened on BBC 2 last night. Sir Alan says " I was in a terrible dilemma this year" Michelle Dewberry lefted school with 2 GCSES and her first job was a checkout girl. Michelle the second eldest of a working-class family of 6. They have had their ups and downs but they are overjoyed to hear she has got the job. Ruth Bagder said " i am genuinely happy for her but i am gutted i am not working for the man i worship, Sir Alan" Sir Alan Sugar says why the blonde got the job " i found her very focused, very determined, very organised, and this particular job i have in mind requires all of those skills," he added "she is willing to learn" 
The blonde Dewberry said " for someone like Sir Alan to recognise my abilitys is unbelievable" 
"it wasnt until right at the very end when he said i won that i believed it, it shows you dont need to be loud, cocky and bolshie, just work as hard as u can and hopefully you will get on in life"
