A woman in her eighties died yesterday in a potentialy dangerous house explosion in Newcastle her name was Moira Dickinson and her husband Joe Cairns aged sixty four who got of lightly compared to his wife. Joe is in hospital with injuries such as minor burns and smoke inhalement.
Four people have been discharged with minor injuries. Neighbours discribe the scene as looking like a bomb site. "Moira was a very loved person and a well respected member of our community" said one of Moira's close neighbours.
