Sport Reliefs 16mill record to be exceded
The organisers of sport relief expect to excede last times record of 16million pounds.
Sport relief is a charity with major events every two years. It uses sport to raise money for people in countries that are living rough.This year people have been: playing Cricket, Swimming and running
Many celebreties took part including: Lawrie Sanchez , Barry McGuigan, Stephan Nolan, Kris Meek, Zoe Brown, Jamie Oliver , Kelly Holmes and Jade Goody. David Walliams raised the most money since he swam for 1 million pounds last week.
They have already made £12,216,598 but with all the money pouring in the organisers expect to excede last times £16 million record. They are very grateful to the 423000 people who took part in the mile
After the swimming David Walliams had this to say " To raise a million is way beyond what I thought was possible it's brilliant " he said to the BBC
