Arsene Wenger, 57, has been promised a job for life at Arsenal by vice-chairman, David Dein, on Wengers 10th aniversary as the Manager of the Gunners; a first in footballing history!
Arsene Wenger has just been promised a job for life as Arsenal manager by David Dein on wengers 10th aniversary with the gunners.


Wenger started working with the club back in September 1996, and has, within this decade, one the premiership 3 times, the FA cup 4 times. Dein told us this on the matter, ""It is not just the success he has brought to the club in terms of trophies, but the style and the quality of the football also."


This is a first in football history and Dein sweetend the deal further when he said "if the day comes when Wenger wants to retire from management, he should be offered a seat on the board as a club director." Making sure that the offer to Mr. Wenger was deffinately for life. as Mr Dein also said "But I thought 'Arsene for Arsenal' was written in the stars."
