Saddam Trial is "unfair"

The recent case of the trial of Saddam Hussein has provoked cries of unfairness from the Human Rights Watch in New York. The watch dog have produced a 97- page report that queries the guilty finding of the former dictator Saddam Hussein as "questionable". They voice concern over the legitimacy of the procedings due to repeated walkouts and a failure to uphold standards of international law. 
    Saddam Hussein and two other senior members of the regime have been sentenced on death row, to be hanged for the mass murder of 150 Shiite Muslims. This mass murder occured in Iraqi city of Dujail.
