QUERIES OVER 7/7 BOMBINGS WITH POLICE
Bombers in high security custody
Police are questioning 3 men in connection with the July 7th bombings which took place in 2005. The men were arrested on Thursday 22 of March. All three who are reported to be from Leeds and Manchester are at the top security police station in Paddington.
Two had been caught boarding a flight from Manchester to Pakistan at around 1pm in the afternoon.The third was arrested in Leeds. The police also raided a flat at Bromley in London.
Some time after the attacks, police claimed the ringleader Mohammed Sidique Khan aged 30 and his helper Shehzad Tanweer aged 22 were likely to have been in contact with Al Qaeda while in Pakistan receiving training.
The other bombers were Hassib Hussain 18 and Jermaine Lindsay.
